Abstract:
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of non-ablative fractional laser and fruit acid peeling agent alone and combined with fruit acid peeling agent on chloasma. Methods: From February 2021 to March 2022, 87 patients with chloasma were collected in our hospital, 29 of them received non-ablative fractional laser irradiation treatment as control group 1, and 29 cases received fruit acid peeling treatment as control group 2. 29 patients who received fruit acid peeling and non-stripping fractional laser irradiation were the observation group. The clinical treatment effects and clinical manifestations before and after treatment of the three groups of patients were compared. Results: The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 89.65%, while that of the control group 1 and 2 was 65.51% and 62.06% respectively (P<0.05), and there were significant differences. After treatment, the symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group 1 and control group 2, and the reduction index was significantly lower than that of the control group 1 and control group 2, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group 1 and 2, the 6-month follow-up time and rising index in the observation group were lower (P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with non-stripping fractional laser and fruit acid peeling alone, the combination of non-stripping fractional laser and fruit acid peeling has a better effect in the treatment of chloasma, and can better control the patient's morbidity. Disease, reducing the recurrence rate and relapse rate of patients.
